Animation Films.
Just watched 'Ice Age' on ITV1 tonight .. gotta' give it to these animators .. they are brilliant. The expressions, bonding animal characters with human characteristics and one-liners are absolutely brilliant.
Had me laughing, angry, hanging with the adventure, and crying at the happy ending.
Lovely entertainment at its best.

Have to agree katex, these films are great, and there are a lot of them, the first 100 times are ok, but...

Yes, Shrek good too Emzy ... how do they get all those expressions in that form ? Soo clever.
Even back to the Walt Disney films .. Snow White, etc .. was good then .. but now .. just wow!
One of the funniest lines from Ice Age was when the Mammoth was talking to the Tiger .. and suggested that he go and 'find some other creature to disembowel' . sadistic but great fun. Nearly spat out me Toad in the Hole (no LOL not real toad).

Re: Animation Films.
The modern computer generated animated films are superb. I feel very lucky having my 8 year old granddaughter and her mum living with me because we have an awful lot of them on DVD.
I've got to say my 2 favourites are "Monsters Inc." and "Shrek 2" but they're all good. A lot of the humour is aimed at adults, more than children, but not so much as to spoil things for the child. "Ice Age" is very good but I'm always left pitying that poor prehistoric squirrel who never gets his nut.
