Angry Re: Another Rubbish thread

On the 5 o’clock news was a piece by a spokesman for that council where he declared that as well as not being able to get the system to work properly, that during the time of the trial fly tipping increased by 250%. He also highlighted the problem with flats that have community bins.

Also on the news it was revealed that Dictator Brown is reported as saying that in spite of some councils not being in favour with the idea, he is going ahead with the scheme nationwide.

There is obviously no end to this guy’s arrogance.

Surely even a fluffer needs to be able to physically move the bin?

Re: Another Rubbish thread

how on earth can the bin men get hurt lifting the bins these days when all they do is pull it a few feet then the wagon comes to them and they just put it in the slots and the wagon lifts it for them, not like years gone by when the bin men did lift and empty the bins

Re: Another Rubbish thread

Its going to be cheaper to empty your rubbish in royboys bin soon, 6 bags a trip to spain, probably be quicker too, as I stated previously, they wont be happy untill we are doing all the work for them, and still paying them for not doing it!

Ah but now our bin'men' all seem to be school leavers and a lot are not employed directly but through job agencies.
It probably saves a few bob on wages?

The cardboard is picked up be a separate van later in the day
if they can find which street its in now with the wind it could be anywhere in Accy by the time they get round
