To be quite honest Carla, I can't believe you own up to having friends who own/have owned guns, or carry knives, or weapons of any description.

im not ashamed of my friends why should i be? everyone has a black sheep either in the familiy or friends? like i said no one is perfect?

people are scared of reporting crimes now adays and it shouldn,t be like that but people are scared i,m scared to go to my corner shop at night because u have gangs outside. things need to change, were people will come forward to the police but in this day and age i don,t think people will! anything for a quiet life!!!!!

what would happen if somebody used a samourai sword?? you know them ones people have in their house for show pieces? would they ban them if it was to happen? (not sure if it has already happened?)

I have some of these in the house, purely ornamental, but if used on the street it is an offensive weapon, there was a case in Clayton recently I recall.

oooh but if anything major was to happen like young kids pinching them of their mums wall and using them against others then would there be a crackdown on banning them etc? do you think that could happen?

Does everyone think it is normal to carry a gun then, to protect yourself?
