Re: Are You Ready For The Switch Over To Digital?

I have 2 tv's with freeview built in, and due to not having been up and sorted the roof yet, they are both working from indoor aerials, and both recieve about 97 channels including the radio ones.

Me and millions like me use a rooftop aerial.

Benipete – the “H” and “X” aerials went out with 405 lines. Nowadays we use the much smaller “Yagi array aerial”

Magpie – if you already have an outdoor aerial and you can receive Chan 5 then the chances are that it will do for digital.

You will find out if and when you get a Digi Box or a digital ready new TV.

I know that,I was confused by the original question(do people still use the old aerial system)

Like you say you and about 20 million other dwellings have roof top aerials, that at the moment will still work without a digi box
