Was walking into town when all emergency services were making their way to the incident, could tell it must have been really serious, sincere sympathy to the families of those involved

Tragic and one of those random acts that shock us all, RIP to all

12 years ago a bloke I knew at work was walking across London Bridge with his young family when a car did similar knocking him over the side and into the river. They never found him.....

Update on the news, the investigation is focussed on the medical condition of the driver, they are also looking at the mechanical condition of the car and have not ruled out the possibility of another vehicle being involved.
