I do not think a tan enhances my appearance, i do not sit in it all day sizzling, i always feel better when the sun is out. And, at the moment i do not need, or ever have used, a sun bed. I have not seen one either here. Natural sunlight in moderation is best.

If you think that a tan enhances your appearance you have some self confidence problems.

Sun light or Sunbeds are no good for people with severe chest problems I was told many years ago, when I turned up for an hospital appointment, that sunbathing was a no no
