Some dissapointing comments from the person who runs the 'organisation' responsible for taking it over. It's not quite going to be another drop in centre for deadbeats but it will assist people to kick the habit.
Perhaps we can have a new slogan for Accrington tourism, 'Drop In Centre Of The World '
