Bins, Preston rethink!

Any preston based bods on here? I seem to recall there is .

On my way back from Blackpool I noticed a billboard saying Preston rethink on bins. Anyone care to expand? Surely not looking at going back to weekly collections?

I thought l'd hate my wheelie bin and twice fortnightly collection, but it is ok. Don't know how families manage though.

I find the fortnightly collection ok too and that's from a families angle. Just have to think a bit more about what goes into the bin. In fact I'm getting that good at it now we don't always fill the wheelie bin up but my recycling box/bags are always full!!!

I paid £14.000 for a conservatory. Now I find that all rubbish is removed from the kitchen and stacked in the £14.000 recycling area awaiting my attention.
