Blackpool Illuminations Switch On
?Not what we wanted here? - Local - Blackpool Gazette
It's that time of year again. Blackpool Illuminations start in a couple of weeks. After last year's switch on by Robbie Williams, this years ceremony will be performed by.......Keith Lemon. Who? I've never heard of him. Has anyone else?  |

Keith Lemon isn't real.
He's a character created by Leigh Francis. Probably the most successful comedians of the last ten years, with the Avid Merrion character, and the series Bo' Selecta! Critically acclaimed, and hugely popular with audiences. Quite a coup for Blackpool. I should imagine he'll be a big draw.
