Re: Bonfire Night?
Don't think Rising Bridge Pub are having one this year, I think the land they used has been bought and is fenced off.

Re: Bonfire Night?
Isn't the Rising Bridge shut at the moment?
We ususally go to the Rotary club one at Accy Cricket and Tennis club, thorneyholme road. I think it starst at ~6:30 but you may want to check this.(There is a banner opposite the police station).

Re: Bonfire Night?
There's another banner at the dentist (is it still a dentist?) near the hospital, Queens Rd/Whalley Rd junction.

Re: Bonfire Night?
There's a banner outside Accy Cricket club which says it starts at 7pm. I helped on the burger/hot dog stand at the cricket club one a couple of years back. People start turning up usually at about 6.45pm. Hope this helps.

Re: Bonfire Night?
Believe there's bonfire and firework display at the Hyndburn Bridge and a firework display at Plough up Ossy. So the kids have told me.

Re: Bonfire Night?
It's on Saturday night. Gates open at 6.30 fire lit at 7pm. If you go at 6.30 the only people there will be the ones setting up the stalls, bonfire etc. People tend to arrive between 6.45 and 7pm.
