Although the article says that caretakers and such will be expected to know who to advise the women to see with their breastfeeding problems, I can't see many women asking the caretaker any kind of health related question. They would be more likely to ask a receptionist etc.
Men do need to know about breastfeeding and the benefits, many studies have shown that men influence their partner's choice of feeding, but I would not expect men in general to be able to position and attach a baby at the breast... I am laughing here...... My dad would run a mile if one of us asked him for that kind of help..
