If this is the case and the man collapsed in front of the bus and the bus driver stopped suddenly in order to avoid running over his already prone body this illustrates what I meant when I said that you can't make such wild statements as "It's always the driver's fault" without knowing the full facts.
If the driver was on the ball enough to avoid causing further injury then he should be praised not criticised for something he didn't do.
