I notice that Bernie blamed HBC in here original post, and it happens quite often blaming HBC when its an LCC problem. The favourite by most people is the state of our roads, footpaths and street lighting which are all LCCs responsibility, but not to worry folks, for the next few months roads footpaths and lighting will all be attended to with great regularity, Well it is the County Council Elections in May init
