BUSH holds his hand up
just read that president bush has took responsibility for the shortcomings of the federal governments response to katrina, whilst not being the worlds biggest bush fan,i think its a refreshing change to see a head of state do this, i,ll bet this is one american trait that (president) blair does not follow ! what do you think?
