caged moon bears
hi did anyone see the cute caged moon bears in china yesterday on bbc 1 600pm news. it was the most awful cruelty imaginable. i looked at the animals asia foundation website and they advise anyone to look at their site and send a supporting email. this will help the bears plight. you can also contact our MEP gary. email is [email protected] . greg pope can also be contacted. those moon bears desperatley need the our help urgently. they didnt have room to move in the cage

I had a look at the site and read what is said and I am disgusted that something as medievil as this is still going on. They look like a wonderful creature and as they are intelligent should not be caged and I use that loosely. Its going beyond a joke what we still do to animals and the fact that surgary is need to remove the cathiter from this poor animal is sickening.

I am astonished and appalled that anyone living in the 21st century can imagine that this is a responsible way to treat an animal. But then, the way that the Chinese Government treats its people is scarcely any better.
