Car parking

just been reading in Accy Ob about parking on the Arndale car park, it say's that people who return within 90mins get hit with £100 fine. I have never parked on there so have never read the rule's so maybe someone could help with this. Let's say I go shopping down Accy park on the Arndale do my shopping and return home, then shock horror I forgot to get something, so me wanting a brew asked the wife to go for it, she parks on the Arndale, who get's the fine the wife who has not been on the car or the car that has.

Its the car mate. dont matter who is driving they will do yeh. so owner simple as.

The name of the person on the vehicle log book gets the letter saying they have been fined for parking too long, returning too soon or parking with a tyre on the lines between spaces.
It’s up to the owner to disclose who was driving the car if not themselves.
I can speak from experience.
I got the fine for parking for 4.5 hours but let off when I proved I’d paid the £2 for a day’s parking.
