Thats not possible flashy. If you have given your home away within the last 5 years then it is still counted as your assets. If you gave it away more than 5 years ago then you are ok!!

And if you purposely sell the house, and then give or fritter the money away then it is classed as fraud. They have you over a barrel

Not totally sure but think it might be actually seven years.
