Apparently even if they are identified, it says in the Observer they are unlikely to face prosecution because it's legal to kill a chicken by decapitation.
As others have said these idiots will glory in their infamy, and by making it a front page story it might just encourage these idiots to do even more despicable things.

Thats just absolute sick , ive just watched it right now and its disgusting! The people who edit youtube should get rid of it now! What had the chicken done to them but because them sickos wanted some fun they do that!
