As regards people doing a lot worse and getting away with it. We know that. That is a totally different issue.

A law is a law for everyone, not just people who don't draw pensions.
Hear hear.

It isn't a defence to say 'but I'm only a poor pensioner'.

Don't drop fags then.

All we get from you are snide comments....why not come up with something constructive? do you agree that a caution should be written into the bye-law?

I think most folk on here are more annoyed at her "poor me" attitude and writing to the Press about it than the actual offence, that's how I feel anyway, if I knew I had broken the law I certainly wouldn't be bleating to the local rag about it!

So what have you said constructive then Roy? Have a go at every one else coz they don't agree with you? calling them snide, telling them they have lost the plot...

Maybe there should be a caution written into the By law, just maybe.... but NOT just for pensioners!! don't ya get it!!

What's the need for that?

No-one else has ever said that, probably because it's not true.

I simply said, along with others, that she committed the crime and deserved the fine. What's snide about that?

The Altzheimers symptoms I mentioned at post #32 may well apply to some members here

Was it not the local rag who created the headlines...that is normally the case..........If the Lady said...'That is half my pension'.....I could make headlines out of that comment.............so could a thousand others....we are taken in with these clowns and that is what should be adressed.
