Think you've got that right Dave, we have to make sure that these scumbags can be safely tucked up in bed at night not led awake wondering if somebody will be round to chastise them. Couldn't have them chewing their fingernails to the quick wondering if they'll be safe every time they go out or put the light out at night, which is something their victims will probably do for the rest of their lives. That's because these scumbags have rights, think its called human rights, something which I have always argued is a load of bollards, on the basis that these people aren't human
