Racist, if somebody attacked me I'd give the police the best description I could and I wouldn't be mincing my words what ever colour they were White Black Brown Yellow, or pink with yellow dots in, if your attacked my somebody with black skin whats racist about saying so, it would be no good the police looking for AN IC1 male if he wasn't

IC apparently stands for Identity Code, the numbers stand for different ethnic backgrounds. Not sure which number's which but think IC1 = white.
