Cordoned Off
Just been over Great Harwood to check on the Chucks on Tony 10's allotment and the lane is cordoned off.Police all over the place.
Anyone know what is going on?

This is awful and just around the corner from me. I wondered why there were so many police whizzing past yesterday and big crowds of people hanging around... found out about it this morning...horrendous doesn't start to describe it

they had someone for it straight away, two passers by who found the girl went looking and apprehended him..... go good samaritans
