hyndburn are holding a competition for 14-16 year olds to be the council leader for a day ...
European Local Democracy Week 2011 i wonder if they opened it up to adults how many accywebbers would enter .....

lol i pity the kid that wins it because the day after councilors will be blaming him or her for everything as the previous administration
