Interesting this, now that Hyndburn First is to be overseen on a part time basis by an officer of Blackburn with Darwen Council, a question springs to mind.
Why did we need to pay Nigel Rix £75,000 per year, plus expenses, plus car, plus pension, plus health benefits, plus golden hello, plus golden goodbye? Anyone from HBC care to explain?
