Crash at the roundabout

Looks like there's been quite a crash at the big roundabout. Anyone know what happened yet?

Re: Crash at the roundabout

I was presuming that -pixie was referring to the one at the Town end of Hyndburn Road but I didn't see anything going on earlier.

Maybe it is just me but I always class Whitebirke as "The big roundabout"

Re: Crash at the roundabout

she means accy roundabout near the margram

people had to be cut out of their cars and quite a lot of police cars and ambulances were on the scene for about 1 hour

my theorys so far

a: boy racer been a pratt

b: old racer who thinks hes a boy racer and needs to grow up been a pratt

c: woman driver ( ducks for cover)

and the most likely favorite

d: A TAXI

as i live near that roundabout i see many near misses on it and there is always some pratt speeding or using the roundabout incorrectly as anyone can tell by all the smashed in railings that always appear or if hit hard enough dissapear

i feel sorry for those who drive sensibly and get hit by these wan**rs as its usualy the person who is not at fault who gets the wrost of it

Re: Crash at the roundabout

What makes you say it was a women driver, hope you are still ducking for cover lol.

Drove past it earlier on and it looked like two men, but what i couldn't understand was that the car was facing the wrong way. Don't know what happened though.

Re: Crash at the roundabout

the car was probably the wrong way because it may have spun around when it was hit

the woman driver comment was a joke we all know you women can drive better than men because you tell us constantly lol

Sorry I should have been more specific, but when you don't drive and live and work in Accy, then the one by the viaduct IS the big roundabout.
