Re: Daniel.

It really was a wonderful service and it was abundantly clear from the tributes spoken what a lovely lad Dan was. Speaks volumes to me that you have every reason to be proud of the way he lived his life and the profound effect he had on others xxx

Re: Daniel.

I haven't stopped thinking about this funeral since Monday. I never met Daniel; our little ladies group went in support of Mez and Nette. I certainly felt that I knew him by the end of the ceremony. The anecdotes and dedications by his friends and family were amazing ... there was even clapping in the crematorium for these sincere delivered eulogies .. well deserved it was.

Bless you and your family Mez ... you are stars in our society ... love you. xx

I did try to get a couple of photos of the balloons going up ... what a lovely moment. Don't feel inappropriate to put them up either; just sorry due to the fading light at dusk and the reflection on the glass not very good, but if you open them, you can join in the moment.

Hope all our members will spend a minute or two reflecting on this young man's life and anyone that suffers fatal cancers.
