Deaf People

Just thought today (do occasionally) how wonderful the internet must be for deaf people allowing them to communicate instantly with others. Also mobile 'phones with text facilities. Must have made a world of difference.

Do we have any deaf members I wonder who are getting pleasure out of Accyweb ?

Never thought of that Kate but as you say it must have opened the world up for them.

I am half deaf. I can't get shut of this damn ear infection.

I have also been accused of having selective hearing. I just think I have age related hearing loss in approximately the range of my Wife's voice

Cool Re: Deaf People

This also applies to people who are mute.

But the blind might have a problem, although there is software that changes spoken words into text and text on a screen to audible words.
