Death In the family!!!!!
I have just made a very grim discovery. My sons pet hamster has died.
I can't bring myself to tell him, and I am sat here hoping he doesn't go wanting to get him out of the cage for his daily play.
I know I'm a wimp, but, I will have to wait for my mum to finish work now at 8oclock, so she can come round and delivery the bad news to Zack, then we will prepare a funeral .
Who said having kids was easy!!!!!!!!!!

Tell him it's hibernating and he must not disturb it........then get him a new one on Saturday, the same colour and he'll never know the difference

I know this is a silly question, but , do they wake up easily when they are hibernating??
You see, I thought he was at first, So I dragged him round the cage, but, he still didn't wake up so i think he's dead!!!

Perhaps it’s Hypothermic, Stick in the Microwave and see if it runs round the little plate….

No he is deffo dead!!!!!!! I just shook the cage again, and he is in the same position................no sign of life. If he is hibernating, it is his own fault, cos he is getting buried alive tonight
