I know that word of mouth is a much slower process than twitter or facebook(neither of which I am a fan of)......but it does the job, just at a sedate pace.

I remember the long and winding road into Accrington - that being Manchester road I think is the best way into the town at night on the National Express perhaps he'd have a better opinion if he came in this route.
