Re: Do You Talk In Your Sleep?

Too much work leads to stress and sleep not happening. Should I have thought something else??

Re: Do You Talk In Your Sleep?

Oh Gayle, I know the feeling well. I am international standard at sleeping at 7:20 in the morning, 10 minutes before the alarm goes off! I could probably fall asleep pegged by the ears to a clothesline at about 9:30 - 10:00 p.m., but I lie awake, staring into the darkness, between about 3 and 5:30. And why do all the little things that are just niggles during the day assume massive proportions at that time?
