I have an agreed £250 overdraft facilty, hardly used, recently got a letter saying that it was up for renewal and it would continue for another 12 months with no charge. The letter also stated that if I wanted to change the amount I could contact them to discuss and if a different amount was agreed there would be no charge for that either.
This is First Direct which is part of the HSBC group!!

my letter does n its HSBC headed,
 it even confused the lady i saw,n when she went in back office to double check with superviser, came back with that story.
