Actually Mancie, your nemesis isn't just spouting his normal doggerel & all ills are Labours fault stock reply, chapter 5 (in the attached link) sort of gives it away. Admittedly I can't see the sense in foreign aid either or any of the feeble arguments for it's continuation, I just can't see the justification while the UK itself is under so much pressure, charity is great when you can afford it, but at present UK can't & should look to sorting it's own first.

Ok if I'm wrong I'll hold me hands up..I've tried to find any binding "deal" or clause within EU charters but not been able... I'm not defending the EU. Brown or Darling, but it's getting abit of a drag having the excuse of the wrongs of the last government...this new government are in a postion to make changes, but they seem obsessed with making thier own people suffer most.

Don't forget the billions in PFI we will be paying off for years signed up to by the last shower, oh by the way the P stands for PRIVATE

You don't seem to be singing from the same song sheet as your boy Osbourne regarding PFI.. the tories have given the go ahead to more PFI schemes in the last year than Brown ever did
