Just another stealth tax introduced by the back door BB, if it moves tax it

Well, I have sought out my old green paper licence and it tells me that my expiry date is 2017........I have never had a notification to ask me to change to one of the newer licences. My hubby has one of the phot Id ones, but this because had had to apply for a new one as he lost the green paper one(I think it got washed in a pair of pants).
