I can understand the reasoning behind it, but it doesn't necessarily follow because people who are testing themselves probably already tell themselves they can give up if they wanted.

I didn't miss it, didn't feel any different or get any apparent health benefits, I just saved a bit of money for four weeks.

My test for "alcoholism" is if I start drinking Baileys or cider or any of the other drinks that make my stomach heave.
