Eclipse of the Sun

Seems one on Wednesday, still find them thrilling, don't know why.

Do you know the best position in Accrington for viewing .. ok probably Coppice ? Outside the Stag sounds sensible to me

Kipax: Are you going to tell us the best pin-hole camera construction ?

Partial or full?
Will the weather co-operate?
Coppice yes but it will be muddy.
As for the camera ask the kids.

It seems that the best place to view this particular eclipse is in Turkey, I think the view from the UK may be slightly disappointing.

Well, seems UK will only get partial.
Weather will be brilliant, coppice dry ... yeh, kids will know, won't they re. pin-hole stuff?

Wonder if we will get any piccies from members? suppose not that interesting as a subject really .. could be though.
