Electric blanket Season.
Well its coming that time again whereas I re fit my electric blanket (shiver).
They are superb, ya can’t beat having the option of being able to jump streght into a nice warm bed and also being able to put your feet straight to the bottom rather than having to curl up into the Fetal Position and having your head under the quilt for 15 minutes while you warm up. Hehe
I don’t have central heating, waste of money
Anyone else use an Electric blackest?

Tight git .... must make a note if ever visiting Len to wear me thermal socks, thermal vest, woolly scarf and nose warmer.
No, don't have electric blanket ... waste of money !! would wake up in middle of night when gone cold and if in your house, no central heating to compensate. Great to walk around in the warmth to go to loo and back without the shivers, etc.

Re: Electric blanket Season.
I'd rather have central heating than an electric blanket but our boiler has been on the blink ever since that gas man 'serviced' it. It was working fine before then.

Re: Electric blanket Season.
Love mine!! Best buy ever! It took me over 5 year to convince mthead to get one. It was only when I threatened that if I couldn't have one the dog was coming in bed with us for extra heat, that he gave in.
BRB best go and put it on so it's warming

Yeah, I throw it out after an hour or so. It's just there to warm me up and I have the nice warm man for the rest of the night anyway.

Yeah me too, I suggested the dog first to test the water .... I'd have suggested 2 men next ....... well they do suggest you wear more layers when it's cold
