When ch4 first started they used to show films with red triangles in the corner,they got huge ratings for some films that would normaly get five people watching,one was a film about a trade union in Russia!

I saw the first film in the cinema when I was 5 years old.

20 years later, and the parents were taking their 5 year olds to see it!

Mine wasn't even born then, so I couldn't!

i remember when return of the jedi came out the flicks at brierfield where showing all 3 of them in a row so went and watched them all must have been mid 80 s or earlier when was jedi released

I remember going to see Return of the Jedi, I was 5 and I remember going to Accy Cinema on Broadway and when Jabba the Hutt came onscreen I was petrified as he seemed massive. Needless to say 5 minutes later me and my mum were on our way home.

would give you stick apart form i also left half way through a film watching indiana jones and the temple of doom when they got covered in spiders and beetles

this maybe a good time to add it was dark in the cinema and it was also dark where indiana was getting covered in beetles and thats all im afraid of
