just woundered if any one had found a new way of loosing weight that isnt totally boring and that does actually work . its for my sister

my sisters recently starting going to slimming world on a thursday at king street club, she's lost nearly half a stone so far, she likes it cos you can basically eat whatever you want

To lose weight try eating dust.It's very low in fat so you can have as much dust as you want..That was a quote from Marjorie Dawes lol so if you don't watch Little Britain you may not have got that joke

Eat less and excercise more = aching guts and aching limbs
So we just have suffer pain/discomfort in order to get healthily slim
Since I am painfully unhealthy, I am just glad that I am not overweight so I dont need to inflict more misery on myself
