Not too keen on the smell when I am near it, but i can always remember going to my nan's house on henry st. in church, and on a breezy day loved the smell of it.

Sustitute the vanilla ice cream for fresh whipped cream and that was exactly whaat lettie and I indulged in, in the Apple Pie Eating House in Ambleside on Wednesday, on my return from Poland. Buonissimo.
My own favourite smell would have to be the smell of a freshly cooked bacon butty; closely followed by Cerutti 1881 perfume.

Re: fav smell
No......can't go for the apple pie with cinnamon.......allergic to cinnamon, and if by some remote chance I have apple pie, then I am the one who gets the 'toenails'......I KNOW they aren't really toenails, they are the pods the pips come in....... but they remind me of toenails. I think apple pie and ice cream is a poor dessert.......poor on their own, and not helped much when put together.
