Fire Station Sale

The Observer reports that the Fire Station in Manchester Road was sold to an unnamed buyer this week for £385,000. The top estimate before the sale was £90,000. Lancs CC must be rubbing their grubby little hands with glee.

Well there is a Bar in there, and a full size snooker table at 1st floor level, and don't forget the dormitory, a lick of paint an they're in business...........The new nite spot of accrington, would be handy for any problems though, police an magistrates next door.
