Flying The Flag
Now that it is official and we can all fly the Union Jack all the year round, Scotland is seeking dispensation not to do so.
Whilst Scotland is still part of the United Kingdom, if they are to fly a national flag then it should be the Union Jack and the cross of St Andrew if they want to.
