Well, not an expert on skid marks davo .. neither are you I suspect. Still does not alter the fact that your son moved out into a street that had right of way..no matter if can be proved the other driver was speeding.. which will never happen... and will carry no clout. And yes, his car was shifted more than 10 yards. Even if it could, will finish up in tears with both parties being prosecuted.

Was just trying to help by explaining what had happened to my son in exactly the same circumstances that's all, and by him expressing thoughts that the other driver was speeding, lead to no avail.
