It can't be far off Cashy Geert Wilders has gained quite a lot of interest of late & the Dutch while quite liberal in their approach normally are getting a little irked by "Islamification" into their lifestyles.

Don't actually think that maters much accyman, think the Asian vote is split in Hyndburn, I also think most Muslims in Hyndburn are moderate so wouldn't make too much of a difference

Could be wrong, but i'm under the impresssion the Muslim vote in hyndburn was split more to the conservative side? gawd knows why, but thats what i thought. so don't think jonesy would lose a great deal.

No, it was that he wanted to come to UK in 2009 to talk about his film/public warning "Fitna" but the then Home office Minister banned him stating :-
Mr Wilders, who lives with round-the-clock security after receiving death threats, said a letter from the British embassy informed him he was being refused entry because his views "threaten community harmony and therefore public security" in the UK.
Irrelevant of all the arrisholes running round free to preach hatred & that their way should apply to all (Who obviously aren't deemed to threaten community harmony ????? Double standards ??) Anyhow here's a link to the article, like I say it was last year.
Banned from Britain, Dutch campaigner against Islam - Home News, UK - The Independent
Incidentally he managed to get into UK in March this year

Re: Frogs ban Burka
A few years ago I went for swimming lessons at Hyndburn sports centre.
Two asian girls were learning at the same time.
They were dressed in leggings and Tshirts.
At the third lesson the instructor advised them that their attire was inappropriate for health and safety reasons.
I did not go back for a fourth lesson (I injured my shoulder) so don't know whether they continued with theirs

Asain girls at our school didnt par-take in swimming lessons as the teachers wouldnt let them wear leggings and they didnt appreciate that it was for there own good! Wearing clothing when swimming is dangerous and the extra weight of wet clothes can make it very hard work to swim, thats why I cant understand anyone designing these "Burkini's" and selling them?
