from Mumbai to Burnley
News for East Lancashire: Blackburn, Burnley, Darwen, Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley, Rossendale
Don't think there is much you can add to this story really, after all only last week Burnley was named as the area with cheapest property in the country, now it seems it cheaper to rent office space in Burnley than Mumbai

Re: from Mumbai to Burnley
Not really unexpected, after all it was cheaper to buy a football club in Lancashire than it was in India

Re: from Mumbai to Burnley
Santander also moving things back to the UK, though they dressed it up as they listened to customer feedback who wanted call centres in the UK. At least the Burnley one is honest, it's cheaper

I always slam the phone down when I hear that stupid accent.
Guess I'll just have to carry on doing it.

Re: from Mumbai to Burnley
I had one call me the other day asking if I could spare 10 seconds, I let him talk while I counted in my head, when I got to 10 I said " Sorry your 10 seconds is up, good bye" and hung up
