General Dannatt for Prime Minister!

Third article down on www.jihadwatch.org An interesting site to visit if you are at all concerned with our future prospects in the war against Muslim extremists.

I am just about to begin reading Robert Spencer's latest book, "The Truth About Muhammad." Mr. Spencer's previous books include "The Politically Incorrect Guide to Islam" and "Onward Muslim Soldiers."

Re: General Dannatt for Prime Minister!

Haven't read this book, although I am familiar with Mr. Fisk's work. He comes at everything from an anti-war perspective. Any war, it seems, regardless of reason. This has definitely warped his objectivity. He tends to play fast and loose with the truth as well. His critics are numerous. Historians often point out his errors. I think it is possible to write movingly on behalf of the victims of war without skewing facts so that they meet up with your particular point of view. Mr. Fisk does not appear to be that sort of author.
