Only joking, though I'm sure some of the married men on the forum can at least appreciate that one.
I think its fair enough to name adults, normally people dont get taken to court after all unless someone believes their is enough evidence to convict them. There is going to be mistakes made but there would be mistakes even without revealing their names and well, people find out things through word of mouth one way or another anyway.
I may be completely mistaken but have childrens name not ALWAYS been kept anonymous?

Someone may BELIEVE that there is enough evidence against someone but that is a far cry from a court and possibly a jury agreeing.
Minors have always had their names withheld from publication when they attend Juvenile Courts for at least the last 60 years that I know of.
It has been reported that the girl had voices in her head that egged her on.
In this country the accused is innocent until proven guilty and as such his/her name should not be published until after guilt is proven in a lawful court of law.
