Eric, my hubby will eat anykind of pudding.......steak and kidney, cabinet, bread and butter, rice, apple betty pudding.....and I can make most of those myself...and usually do. But these days with his high blood pressure, and all the other things that tend to happen when we grow older disgracefully......I only tend to make them for very special occasions.
We have rellies coming over from Oz soon so I guess I will be making something for their delectation

May be older people don't find things funny any more because they've heard it all before!

I don't fancy Moose Steak.....I tried venison once and I didn't like it......Kangaroo too is horrible.....if it is going to be tender it has to be bleeding....if you cook it for anything more than a couple of minutes it is like eating goats cojones....no I'll stick with the beef variety thanks.

From a grumpy old man to a well informed lady, you have hit the nail right on the head Gayle.
Anyone that thinks we are past it or senile is sadly mistaken, we don't all need a child of five to show us how things work, (the wife will do), even programing the 'blasted' video..

The only grumpy old men I know are usually in the bookies losing money.

At what age does one qualify as a "Grumpy Old Man?" Do I have to wait until I'm 70ish or can 50/60 qualify?

Brian
