Hairdressers

I just want to give a big thumbs up to overheads in harwood who have just done my hair!

After 2 hours of hair therapy i now look human again all at a great price.

Does anyone suggest any more great hairdressers?

Re: Hairdressers

Mirage on Whalley Rd across from Oaklea Post Office is an excellent salon and cheaper than town prices. The beauty studio Serenity which is upstairs are the best leg and bikini waxers in town, and also do a great facial...

Re: Hairdressers

Nutty Norman's, on the main road, just over the canal bridge in Clayton.

You can go in looking like an orphaned Yeti, ask for a 'tuppenny-all-off', and come out 10 minutes later with a Combat 18 style haircut. Unfortunately inflation has taken care of the tuppence cut, it now costs a not to be sniffed at £3. All cuts are a varying degree of 'short back and sides', the only customer input is the choice of severity of clippers used. Norm has kept my barnet in some semblance of shape for over twenty years.

Re: Hairdressers

In Egypt, around 1500 BC, a shaved head was considered the ultimate in feminine beauty. Egyptian women removed every hair from their heads with special golden tweezers and polished their scalps to a high scheen with buffing cloths.

I can probably get some cloths, if there is enough interest.

How times have changed, these days its shifted from their heads to somewhere else and I too can probably get some cloths, if there is enough interest.

Re: Hairdressers

The question we males fear the most...

So honey, do you like my new haircut ?

It's not the haircut, it's how much it cost to achieve that look.
