That doesn't work.

When you try to freeze roast spuds at home.

Even just reheated they're horrid, and soft.

Easy to say when you don't have Arthritis in both hands.I go for the frozen chip option.Costs less than 10p a portion and no waste.

I struggle to hold a potato while I peel it due to 2 numb fingers on each hand, so I rarely eat them. I wont buy ready prepared because they aren't available as 'organic' - I'd rather do without than eat pesticides.

i have oven chips and roast spuds in the freezer ... mainly because its easier, not allowed a chip pan .. and its easier ... for a change i sometimes get the colcannon from M&S ... because its a change and buying a cabbage when i wont eat the rest of it is a waste ...

The only easy thing I have in the freezer are Aunt Bessies Yorkshire puds, that's only because my other half is coeliac, and can't make them with her floor
