Health farm day

I have just spent a rather nice day at Brooklands Health Farm in Garstang. I had a full body massage and a facial, a few swims and spent time in the sauna plus tasty lunch - I think I must be the most relaxed that I've ever been.

It was part of my Mother in Laws birthday present and she took me with her. As part of the day I also took the scrabble board as she likes a game. Unfortunately I've been practising a lot lately on Scrabulous and so beat her but she was very gracious.

Has anyone else ever been there?

It was glorious - I don't think anything could upset me right now I'm so chilled.

That's not a challenge by the way

The Brooklands is a lovely place and just a couple of minutes from where I look after the farm, Gayle if you had said I’ve have provided everything who had a less than half the price, that said you would have had to swim in the canal……On a serious note I’m glad you enjoyed it. I believe that the Brooklands will soon be overtaken by a company specialising in Residential homes which is a shame, having never actually being inside I can only report on its reputation which to my understanding is second to none.
